Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions of sale are applicable between Roha Executive Travel (RET) ltd company registered number 14153429 on the Companies house Register, and any person, in a business capacity or otherwise,( “Customer”) wishing to book a chauffeur-driven car service (the “Service”) for themselves or for individuals who have duly instructed said person in this regard (“Passengers”).
By booking a Service with (RET) the Customer and Passengers fully accept RET’s terms of sale (hereafter “Terms of Sale” or “ToS”). Any terms to the contrary imposed by the Customer or the Passenger, including any contrary clause arising from their own terms and conditions, are inapplicable to RET, without its express, written and prior consent.
RET reserves the right to amend the ToS at any time. The Terms of Sale applicable to the booking of a Service are those in effect on the date of the firm booking of the Service (hereafter “Booking”), formalised by RET’s receipt of the written confirmation of the booking.
RET guarantees the proper organisation and efficiency of the services it performs as a passenger transport company.
All prices are subject to a 20% VAT. Airport drop-offs and collections are also subject to parking and drop-off fees.
Passengers will receive booking confirmations via SMS/text messages or emails. To opt out, please email rohatariq@yahoo.com.
At all airports, there is a free 45-minute waiting time after the flight has landed. Afterward, a charge of £7.50 applies for every 15 minutes.
For pickups within London (residential or business address), a 10-minute waiting time is allowed from the booking time. Beyond that, a charge of £7.50 applies for every 15 minutes.
For non-airport pickups, if the passenger does not show up within 30 minutes of pick-up time or does not contact the chauffeur or operator, the chauffeur will be released for the next job, and the customer will be charged fully for that journey.
Fares are based on direct trips with the passenger being ready to travel at the booking time and specified place.
Cancellations from a London postcode not informed up to 4 hours prior to the booking time will incur 100% of the booking price.
No reservation is considered accepted until confirmed by phone or email, and the passenger has been issued a reference number.
HOURLY BOOKING:
Hourly bookings are limited to 20 miles per hour and require a minimum booking of three hours.
Additional mileage charges apply depending on the vehicle booked as follows:
- Eco light – Extra mileage charge after 60 miles of driving will cost £2.50 per mile.
- Eco MPV – Extra mileage charge after 60 miles of driving will cost £3.00 per mile.
- Business Sedan – Extra mileage charge after 60 miles of driving will cost £3.50 per mile.
- Business van – Extra mileage charge after 60 miles of driving will cost £4.00 per mile.
- First class – Extra mileage charge after 60 miles of driving will cost £4.50 per mile.
Additional mileage charges will apply depending on the vehicle booked and for out-of-London journeys.
There will be additional charges if the passenger needs to make a stop during the journey that was not in the original booking (minimum £25) or any other diversions along the way.
Special requests:
At RohaExecutive Travel Ltd, we are always here to help & will try our best to accommodate any requests mentioned at the time of booking a journey. Should a customer have special requests such as “require Booster or Child seat” it must be mentioned at the time of booking under “Notes” or “Special Requests” section and we will look into it as a matter of priority & will provide such services as long as they are reasonable & within our reach.
Special Note: RohaExecutive Travel Ltd do not charge any additional amount for Child Seats / Booster Seats and hence such requests must be treated as a complementary service that we offer to our customers.
Please note: Child Seats / Booster Seats are always in demand during busy periods and will be made available on “first come first served” basis. It is highly unlikely that such requests are not fulfilled but in the event of customer requesting a Child Seat or a Booster Seat at the time of booking and the same is not available – No refund will be issued & the customer agrees to continue their journey without the same. We would also like to highlight that all London Private Hire Vehicles are exempt from this law so If the driver is not in a position to offer / provide the correct child car seat, children can travel still travel without one – but only if they travel on a rear seat and wear an adult seat belt if they’re 3 years or older & without a seat belt if they’re under 3 so a child can travel without a child car seat in private hire vehicles.
Refund Policy
Refund will be issued on the following grounds.
- Booking on all credit/debit card notified 4 hours prior to the actual pick up time.
- If the passenger missed the flight and informed us in advance either by phone or by email obtaining cancellation.
- All the cancellations are subject to minimum fee, based on the trip booked.
No refund will be issued for following
- If the passenger books the PHV for wrong date/wrong flight number and other misleading information.
- If the passenger leaves the airport or any other agreed pick up address without informing or contacting Roha Executive Travel Bookings.
Cancellation : Full charge will apply to any booking if cancelled less than 4 hours before. For journey outside London, 8 hours
In case of as directed bookings, minimum 3 hours charge apply.
