Refund will be issued on the following grounds.
- Booking on all credit/debit card notified 4 hours prior to the actual pick up time.
- If the passenger missed the flight and informed us in advance either by phone or by email obtaining cancellation.
- All the cancellations are subject to minimum fee, based on the trip booked.
No refund will be issued for following
- If the passenger books the PHV for wrong date/wrong flight number and other misleading information.
- If the passenger leaves the airport or any other agreed pick up address without informing or contacting Roha Executive Travel booking centre.

Cancellation: Full charge will apply to any booking if cancelled less than 4 hours before. For journey outside London, 8 hours’ notice period is required.
In case of as directed bookings, minimum 3 hours charge apply.

If one of our driver accepts a ride and wanted to give back, it is free of charge if done so 24 hours before pick up time, if job returned less than 24 hours and more than 2 hours, the 25 % of the fare will be charged as penalty, and if returned or unable to perform a ride less than 2 hours then 100% fare penalty will apply.
